2. Principle

This is a static website. We use no cookies, contact form, web analytics or tracking. Fonts, stylesheets, JavaScript, images and result data are served from this website’s server. No content from external platforms is embedded during a normal page view.

3. Website delivery and server log files

The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you request a page, the web server processes connection data required for delivery. This may include the requested address, the date and time of access, transferred data volume, referrer address, browser type, operating system and IP address.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain secure operation and investigate technical faults or misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. STRATO states that it provides access logs in the hosting account for a limited period and anonymises host names or IP addresses in those logs. 4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication is needed to take steps before entering into, or to perform, a contract. In other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling the enquiry addressed to us.

We delete the data when it is no longer needed to deal with the enquiry and no statutory retention obligation or legitimate reason for continued storage applies.

5. External links

Links to the institute’s website or to other external services do not establish a connection to the respective provider merely by your visiting this website. Only when you follow such a link do you leave spatialagents.de. The operator of the destination page is responsible for any subsequent data processing.

6. Local browser functions

The language redirect on the root page reads only your browser’s language setting. The image detail view, mobile navigation and back-to-top link run locally in your browser. These functions store no personal data and transfer no additional data to us or to third parties.

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the right of access under Article 15 GDPR, rectification under Article 16 GDPR, erasure under Article 17 GDPR, restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR, data portability under Article 20 GDPR and objection under Article 21 GDPR.
