This website does not collect personal data beyond what is technically necessary. We do not use cookies, tracking services or analytics tools. All embedded resources (CSS, JavaScript, fonts) are loaded from our own server -- there are no connections to external CDNs or third-party providers.

The storage of log files is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring trouble-free operation). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with STRATO in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
If you contact us by email, your details, including the contact information you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing customer and prospect enquiries).
We delete your enquiry data as soon as storage is no longer necessary, at the latest after 6 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
The processing of customer data within our CRVA services (e.g. location analyses, climate risk assessments) is governed by the respective data processing agreement or service contract with the customer. We use a combination of local AI infrastructure and cloud services. Location data is fully anonymised before transmission to cloud services – no personal or customer-identifiable data is transmitted to external providers. Details of data processing are governed by the respective contract. Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the statutory retention periods (typically 6 or 10 years under HGB/AO). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
This website does not use cookies. Therefore, no cookie banner is required.
All resources loaded by default on this website -- including the JavaScript library marked.js for rendering benchmark assessments -- are served from our own server. No external CDNs, Google Fonts or other third-party services are loaded during normal page visits.
On some pages, we offer embedded YouTube videos. These are not loaded automatically. When you visit the page, only a local preview image from our own server is displayed. No data is transmitted to Google/YouTube.
